Although our formula’s will compete with – or – beat the best in the world, BioRhythm realizes that long term body changing success can only occur when three main areas of healthy living are mastered:

1. Diet

2. Training

3. Supplementation

The staff at Biorhythm wants you to get the most out of your supplementation regimen. We know that in order for you to reach your true potential you must have all three components in place and we feel it is important for us to give you the resources to do just that. That is why we suggest setting up an appointment with a registered dietitian.

A registered dietitian is a food and nutrition expert who has met the minimum academic and professional requirements to qualify for the credential “RD.” In addition to RD credentialing, many states have regulatory laws for dietitians and nutrition practitioners. State requirements frequently are met through the same education and training required to become an RD.

A registered dietitian (RD) may be able to help with everything from family and/or personal meal planning, weight loss/weight gain to specialized diets such as vegetarian, Vegan, diabetic and more. Further, if you are involved in athletics with increased physical demands, look for a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Sports dietitians are registered dietitians for a minimum of three years experience who apply evidence-based nutrition knowledge in exercise and sports. They assess, educate and counsel athletes and other active individuals. They design, implement, and manage safe and effective nutrition strategies that enhance lifelong health, fitness and optimal performance.

The American Dietetic Association, who oversees the dietetics community, has made great strides in promoting good education and healthy eating. They have developed a comprehensive RD search to help connect professionals with those who need guidance.
